Prem Rawat speaks with simplicity about the value of appreciating life and rediscovering the simple joy of existence. Known to many as Maharaji, he has travelled the world for more than three decades, inspiring people to find peace within. His message is simple and profound:
"Every one of us has been given an opportunity to feel contentment, to feel peace. Is there such a peace? Yes, there is. It is not just words. There is something that can truly take you inside and put you in touch with the reality that dances within you twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. That is your reality."
Born in India, he started addressing audiences at the age of three and gave his first published address when he was only four. At eight, he started presenting his message of peace throughout the Indian subcontinent. When he was thirteen, he was invited to speak in London and Los Angeles.
Since then, more than 9 million people in over 50 countries around the world have come to him for inspiration and guidance. He has been recognised internationally as a leader in the global effort for greater peace and has received numerous awards in appreciation of his work.
His talks are translated into 70 languages and broadcast worldwide on TV in the award-winning series Words of Peace.
